How it works
Step 1: Send us equipment details
Send us photos and specs for your first 10 machines. We'll create the listings and configure your showcase page.
Step 2: Leads land in one dashboard
All inquiries—from any source—appear in your Keystone dashboard. You see name, email, message, equipment, source, and status at a glance.
Step 3: Respond and manage
Respond to inquiries and manage follow-up from your dashboard. Track which equipment gets the most interest and optimize your inventory.
Data and security
Encryption
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest.
GDPR
We process data based on contract, legitimate interest, consent, and legal obligation.
International transfers
Data transfers outside the EEA are protected by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).
Breach notification
In the event of a breach, we notify affected users and the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) within 72 hours.
Subprocessors: Supabase, Vercel, Paddle, Resend, Google Analytics. All bound by data processing agreements.
